I’ve always known I came here to be a healer. At just five years old, I imagined myself as a wise old hermit in the woods, helping people find their way back to wholeness. That vision was the seed—and my life has been the soil, the storm, and the fire that allowed it to grow.
I’m a life coach, acupuncturist, herbalist, and trauma-informed guide for high-achieving women who are done tolerating a life that doesn’t feel like theirs. My gift lies in helping women who feel stuck, sick, anxious, or out of alignment reconnect with their bodies, release old patterns, and step into a life that feels vibrant, meaningful, and true.
My work goes far beyond symptom management—I specialize in helping women heal from PTSD, complex trauma, and autoimmune conditions by creating safety in the body, integrating repressed emotional experiences, and holding compassionate yet firm space for deep, lasting change.

I received my B.S. from the University of Maryland and went on to study East Asian Medicine at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (formerly the New England School of Acupuncture). I graduated in 2017 with a Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, focusing on Japanese acupuncture and herbal medicine, and became nationally board-certified (NCCAOM) and licensed in Vermont.
My clinical training included hospital rotations and community practice, treating patients of all ages with both acute and chronic conditions. Before founding Green Dragon Acupuncture in 2021 (now Devyne Coaching & Acupuncture), I worked in community acupuncture in Burlington, serving a diverse population throughout Chittenden County.
Over the years I’ve pursued advanced training in GI dysfunction, endocrine disorders, musculoskeletal pain, fertility, and menopause. My work is deeply influenced by Dr. Richard Tan’s Balance Method, Kiiko Matsumoto’s Japanese styles, and David Euler’s palpation-based approaches — systems that offer immediate, body-level feedback and allow me to work intuitively and precisely with each client.
My herbal studies expanded through an apprenticeship at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism, where I trained in Western herbalism, cultivation, and medicine making. I continue to study both Western and East Asian herbal traditions and craft small-batch formulas using plants and fungi harvested locally from my land in Worcester, Vermont.
My work is rooted in a lifelong study of the mind-body connection. Alongside my training in East Asian Medicine, I’ve studied yoga, Buddhism, mindfulness meditation, classical Taoism, and Indigenous wisdom traditions from Peru and North America. These teachings, combined with modern neuroscience, developmental psychology, and trauma-informed frameworks (including the work of Gabor Maté), shape how I help clients understand their patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and create meaningful change.
My mindfulness journey began at age seven in my aunt’s meditation room, and deepened through years of yoga practice and a dedicated Sangha beginning in 2011. Teachers like Ram Dass and Tara Brach continue to influence how I relate to compassion, presence, and inner truth.
My spiritual education has also included studying Shamanic traditions with elders in Peru and here in Vermont, as well as Abenaki, Narragansett, and Lakota teachings. These lineages continue to guide my work in helping people return to their innate wisdom and shed long-held patterns of stress, fear, and self-betrayal.
As a coach, I’ve been mentored by a range of teachers — from life and business coaches to hypnobirthing instructors — and have woven their insights with my own medicine, creating a style of coaching that feels deeply aligned with my purpose.
All of this training — the clinical, the spiritual, the somatic, the ancestral, the scientific — comes together in how I support my clients today. Whether we’re working with chronic symptoms, emotional patterns, burnout, or life transitions, my approach is grounded, compassionate, and designed to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and move into the next evolution of your life.
I’m honored to walk beside every person who enters this work. I would be honored to walk beside you, too.
